1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our team.

3. Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, wrong size ordered), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
