Shipping policy

All orders are processed within our standard business days (Monday to Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM) (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling Time: 1 - 1 business day (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes from the order cut-off time to prepare and hand over the package to the shipping carrier.

2. Transit Time & Total Delivery Time
Once your order is picked up by our shipping carriers, the transit times are as follows:

Transit Time: 1 - 4 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package to your destination.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 - 5 business days (Handling time + Transit time) for all destinations (including the United States and Canada).

Please note: Shipping estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. Please review your order details and shipping fees carefully before completing your payment.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

5. Delays & Exceptions
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs inspection delays, or carrier disruptions. If your package is significantly delayed (more than 5 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact our customer support team immediately.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide clear photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
